Ogden - An NFL player we will miss

Today I was thinking about one big player: Jonathan Ogden. He played his entire NFL career for Baltimore Ravens, and recently it came the time for him to say goodbye to the passion of his life.

The main reason why he took such a drastic decision with his NFL football career was an hyperextended toe that has had Ogden thinking about retirement since December 2006, though his time with the Ravens is not over, as he will remain with the NFL team helping the offensive linemen.

Ogden is without a question a future NFL hall of famer; let’s check why: Invitation to the pro-bowl eleven times and started for the Ravens at the Super Bowl XXXV where Baltimore met the Giants for a Ravens win over New York by 34-7 back in 2000.

Jonathan Ogden is clear of mind with his current decision of leaving the NFL as a pro football player for good , "You don't have to worry about me coming back, that won't be happening." he said.

Back in 1995 Ogden was granted the Outland Trophy and his #79 shirt was pulled off the team when he left UCLA to join the Ravens.

Let’s say good bye to one of the emblems of Baltimore for many years...
